Terms & Conditions:
- Returned/exchanged item(s) must be in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and unaltered) with all the original packaging, price tags, and labels.
- Discounted/promotional items will not be accepted for return/exchange unless confirmed to be a manufacturing defect. Only apparels and shoes can be returned if the purchased item(s) do not fit.
- BONIA reserves the right to deny a refund/exchange if the item(s) does not meet the requirements stated.
Online Purchase Returns & Refunds (Courier Only – BONIA Singapore Orders):
If you wish to return an item purchased online, please follow these steps:
- Notify Us: Submit your return request within 14 days of receiving your order (applicable only to local BONIA Singapore orders).
- Provide Order Details: Share your Order ID number for verification.
- Return the Item(s): Customers are responsible for the return postage fee. Please use a courier service with a tracking number and provide us with the tracking details.
- Refund Process: Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 2-3 working days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method within 5-7 working days.

Important: This is our office address; public visits are strictly not allowed. All online order returns must be done via courier.
Return at BONIA stores – In-store purchases only:
- Returns for in-store purchases are only eligible for exchange – refunds are not allowed.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase with the original receipt.
- If the exchanged item has a higher value, the customer must pay the price difference. If the exchanged item has a lower value, no cash refund will be provided.
- Applicable for purchases made at BONIA Boutiques and department stores within Singapore.

What is your return policy?
We accept returns for online orders within Singapore if you notify us via email or WhatsApp and return the item within 14 days of receipt. You may choose an exchange or refund (applicable only to online purchases).
- Store purchases: No refunds. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.
- Returns without prior notification will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be new and unused with all original packaging intact.

I have received a faulty/incorrect item. What should I do?
We sincerely apologize for the issue. Please contact our customer service team at esales.sg@boniacorp.com with the following details:
- A clear photo of the faulty or incorrect item, highlighting the issue.
- A brief description of the problem.
- Your order number.
We will arrange for an exchange. If the item is out of stock, we will offer a refund.

Can I return item due to change of mind?
Please refer to our return and exchange policy mentioned above.
I purchased a product from Malaysia BONIA Boutiques and it is now faulty. Can you assist with repairs?
Kindly email us with photos of the faulty parts and we will advise you accordingly.

How long does a refund take?
Refund will take up to 5 to 7 working days for the funds to be reflected in your account. -
Can I return an item to one of the BONIA boutiques and/or BONIA counters?
No, item cannot be returned to the boutiques and counters. You are required to return the item via shipping only. -
Will you refund my return delivery charges?
No, return shipping costs are not refundable. The return delivery charges within Singapore will be borne by the customer. -
How do I know if you have received my returned items?
Once we have received your returned parcel, we shall notify you via your registered email or contact number. -
How do I receive a refund?
After verifying the returned item, our customer service team will process the refund to your original payment method.
